Chelsea currently have senior goalkeepers, Robert Sanchez and Đorđe Petrović around the first team squad.
With Kepa and Slonina out on loan, the goalkeeping training pitch is set to be a busy place this summer.
Kepa has struggled to make a claim for the number one spot at Real Madrid following Thibaut Courtois’ injury and has since lost the spot to Andriy Lunin.
According to The Athletic, Real Madrid are highly unlikely to sign Kepa this summer and Chelsea would be asking for around €20m. A price Real Madrid do not want to pay.
With Kepa set to make a return to Stamford Bridge this summer it will be interesting as to what the club do with someone who will have just one year left.
