The goalkeeping department at Cobham come July 1st could be interesting, especially with the reports surrounding Kepa Arrizibalaga.
Kepa’s performance on Wednesday has sent alarm bells around Madrid and now two UK based sources are pointing in one direction for his fait.
First reported by Andy Dillon in The Sun, Kepa is beginning to become ‘anxious’ that his stay in Spain won’t be permanent. A source to Sun Sport did say that the 29 year old “will not give up.”
To further support Andy’s report, Nizaar Kinsella today in the Standard reported that Real Madrid are reluctant to extend his stay in the Spanish capital.
Chelsea having Sanchez, Petrovic, Slonina and then additionally Kepa would add doubt to the plan and overall pathway for the clubs goalkeepers.
Kepa is now entering his final 18 months at Stamford Bridge.
