Pochettino says he won’t make too many changes ahead of Preston cup tie

Pochettino has been speaking to the media ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup clash against Championship side Preston North-End.

Managers in recent years have come under fire after claims that teams don’t ‘respect’ the cup. Pochettino couldn’t have been anymore opposite with his response.

Pochettino was asked whether he will make any changes ahead of the game on Saturday evening, he told the media, “Not too many changes. We are playing with the circumstance of course, but it’s not going to change too much the team. I think you will see maybe one or maybe twice[two].”

The blues head coach didn’t hide, saying he will treat tomorrows game like any other, he said; “We are going to took [take] like a Premier League game…We are going to respect, we respect Preston and tomorrow you will see.”

Pochettino confirmed that Nkunku will not start the game after picking up a minor issue in training in the week. Despite being in full training the boss confirmed that both Chilwell and Chukwuemeka will miss the FA Cup tie.
