Back in July, ex Chelsea, Barcelona, Monaco & Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas called time on his career following his short stint at Serie B club Como.

Fabregas is currently an assistant coach at the Italian side and in a recent interview with Sky Sports, the former Premier League winner has been speaking on what life is like at Como. The 2nd division Italian side currently sit 3rd in Serie B, just four points off the top.

Fabregas was recently asked in his interview with Sky Sports what coaches he studies, he told Sky, “I study other coaches. Not the coaches themselves but their philosophies. I am just at the beginning and do not pretend I know everything. At the moment, De Zerbi, Guardiola and Mikel Arteta are the three I follow in the Premier League and get most ideas from.”

Given those three are arguably the best in the league, if Fabregas can build his game off those philosophies he is bound to go down as a top coach. You never know, he may well find himself in the dugout at Stamford Bridge one day.
