Enzo Fernandez has been speaking to the media ahead of a pivotal week of cup action. With Middlesbrough and Aston Villa to come in two different domestic cup competitions, Enzo has spoken on the importance.
A lot of speculation has been floating in recent weeks on how Enzo has perhaps been restricted under Pochettino’s system and how the fellow Argentine isn’t getting the best out of our deadline day signing.
Enzo has been speaking to ESPN in his latest interview and has delivered praise towards the boss. He said,
“The day to day with Pochettino is very good, since it is very close to the players, is very human and gives the player a lot of confidence and ease when it comes to playing.”
Enzo has also spoken of the importance of this being a process, “We need time, it’s a process, many new players… The group was made this year, it is not easy to quickly find a clear operation. But we are trying to do our best to make it faster to find the operation.”
Enzo will be hoping to guide the blues to a cup final at Wembley Stadium next month as well as a place in the 5th round of the FA Cup.
