Earlier this morning the club confirmed a new long term partnership with BingX who operate in the cryptocurrency industry.
Bing X will feature on the clubs sleeve between now and the end of the season and from next season they will replace Trivago on the front of the clubs training kits.
Casper Stylsvig who is Chelsea’s chief revenue officer told the club website; “We are excited to kick off 2024 with the announcement of a hugely exciting partnership for the club. Our alignment with one of the fastest-growing cryptocurrency exchanges in the world is a signal of the club’s ambition to innovate and grow our partnership network. Both BingX and Chelsea share a passion and commitment towards investing in the future, and we look forward to collaborating with them in the coming seasons.”
Marketing insider, Łukasz Bączek has revealed the financial details behind the latest deal agreed by the Boehly/Clearlake ownership. — Chelsea will receive £12m per season beginning next season for BingX being on the training kit, that is a £2m increase on the previous deal of Trivago. As for the sleeve sponsor, Chelsea will earn £6m between now and the end of the season.
Łukasz went onto say that Chelsea’s new partnership will be the 4th highest in the Premier League with Man Utd, Man City and Liverpool all having larger deals.
BingX join Infinite Athlete on the clubs home, away and third shirts for the remainder of the 23/24 season.
